Founder and President Robert J. Collins, is a leading force in the international web development community, is a DotNetNuke Core Team Member Emeritus (an open source portal framework widely considered as the world's fastest-growing internet/intranet development solution), and an accomplished software developer. The founder of several software development businesses including Brisinger Group, Inc. (a zero debit/zero vc built company), is a seasoned manager, who has served as President and CEO of WillowTree Software from its incorporation in May, 2003 through May, 2006. Rob is active in not only the international open source community, but is an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce and many non-profit organizations in the Idaho area.  Some of these nonprofit organizations include the Boy Scouts of America, Computers for Kids Idaho, Northwest Animal Companions (a no kill animal shelter), and Operation Homeland Video to name just a few.

As VP of Internal Operations, December is in charge of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Office Maintenance & Supply. December has nearly a decade of management experience running retail stores ranging from sporting goods to footwear.  Most recently December has been the head of Human Resources at WillowTree Software, Inc since its incorporation in May, 2003 until she came aboard in May of 2005.
